Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using celebrityfacestars.in you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to register yourself. Applicants under 18 may be registered only with a parent or legal guardian's details and consent, as set out in the Child Applicant Policy.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential and notify us of unauthorised use. One person may hold only one account. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Applications and casting

Each listing sets its own eligibility, dates and requirements. Submitting an application, registering for an event or purchasing a service does not guarantee an audition, shortlisting, selection, work, payment for work or celebrity status. Casting decisions are made at the sole discretion of the casting team, production or brand. An application status of Shortlisted or Audition Scheduled is the only official indication of progress.

5. Portfolio permissions

You confirm that you own or have permission to submit every photograph, video and link you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store your material and share it with casting teams for opportunities you apply to. We will not use your material in advertising without your separate written consent. You may delete uploaded photographs at any time.

6. Prohibited activities

• Submitting false, misleading or another person's information or images.
• Uploading unlawful, explicit or infringing content.
• Impersonating Celebrity Face Stars or soliciting money from other applicants.
• Scraping, automated access, attempts to bypass security or access other users' data.

We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Paid services

Prices, taxes and what each fee covers are shown before payment, and you must accept the applicable terms before checkout. Payments are confirmed only after server-side verification with our payment provider.

8. Intellectual property

The website, brand name, logo and content are owned by Celebrity Face Stars. You retain ownership of the material you upload.

9. Third-party services

Payments, SMS verification and analytics are provided by third parties whose own terms apply. External portfolio links are your responsibility.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made by third-party casting teams. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law.

11. Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please raise any concern with us first; we will try to resolve it within 30 days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.
