Child Applicant and Guardian Consent Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
1. Scope
This policy applies to every applicant under 18 years of age ("child applicant").
2. Guardian consent
A child applicant may be registered only with the name, relationship, mobile number and email of a parent or lawful guardian, who must give consent during registration. Our team then verifies the consent directly with the guardian before any application or event registration is accepted. Until verification is complete, the child's profile cannot be submitted to any opportunity.
3. Age verification
Date of birth is required at registration. We may ask the guardian for proof of age and guardianship before an audition or engagement.
4. Safeguarding
- A parent or guardian must accompany the child at every in-person audition and shoot.
- Child applicants are never asked to attend private or one-to-one meetings.
- Opportunities involving children must comply with the Child and Adolescent Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986 and its rules on child artists, including working-hour limits and education safeguards.
- Any safeguarding concern can be reported through the Contact Us page and is treated as urgent.
5. Communications
Communications about a child applicant are sent to the registered guardian's contact details and the account dashboard. We do not send marketing to child applicants.
6. Images and videos
Photographs and videos of child applicants are stored in restricted storage, shared only with casting teams for opportunities the guardian has applied to, and never used for promotion without the guardian's separate written consent. Guardians can delete material at any time.
7. Data protection
In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we process children's data only with verifiable guardian consent and do not carry out tracking, behavioural monitoring or targeted advertising directed at children.
8. Contact
Grievances and requests can be raised through our Contact Us page or on our official WhatsApp number +91 98210 01279. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
